Rang’s Cocina Moderne Marks Three Years in Las Vegas Through Las Vegas Restaurant Week Participation

Las Vegas, NV - May 26, 2026 - As Rang’s Cocina Moderne approaches its third year in business, the family-owned Las Vegas restaurant will mark the milestone by participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week, joining local restaurants throughout Southern Nevada in supporting Three Square Food Bank.

Running June 1-12, 2026, Las Vegas Restaurant Week is an annual dining initiative that brings together restaurants and the community through specially priced menus, with participating restaurants contributing a portion of proceeds to Three Square’s hunger relief efforts.

For chef and owner Rang Tan and her husband Benedict Tan, the event offered an opportunity to celebrate the restaurant’s anniversary while participating in a larger community effort.

“Three years ago, we opened our doors as a family-run restaurant with a very personal approach to food,” Tan said. “Participating in Restaurant Week felt like a meaningful way to recognize the guests who have supported us while also being part of something that gives back.”

Rang’s Cocina Moderne opened in 2023 and has built its menu around Filipino, Spanish and Italian influences shaped by Tan’s Chinese, Filipino and Spanish heritage and culinary foundation developed in Manila.

As part of Restaurant Week, Rang’s Cocina Moderne will offer a $40 prix fixe dinner menu available for dine-in service.

The menu begins with house-made sourdough rosemary focaccia served with manchego honey butter, followed by a choice of Caesar salad or mushroom soup.

Entrée selections include: Vongole with clams, garlic, onions, wine and lemon; Chorizo Bolognese with Spanish chorizo, tomato sauce and parmesan cheese; Pesto with Garlic Shrimp made with cashew pesto; Truffled Mushroom and Asparagus; Mushroom Ravioli with pesto cream sauce; and Carbonara with guanciale, egg yolks, pecorino and black pepper.

Dessert selections include tiramisu, lemon meringue tartlette and opera cake. Optional sides include jasmine rice, mashed potatoes and toasted baguette for an additional charge.
